Brød og Cirkus is a café/restaurant situated on the main drag in Stenkjer, Norway; the food-child of chef Trond Asgeir Lyngstad. The menu is seasonal, the ingredients nothing but the best from the local producers. Since it's launch some 15 years ago, Trond has dominated the local catering and event scene. Brød & Cirkus now runs the restaurant at the scenic and rustic Gjørv Gård, situated along the Golden Road – sometimes called Norway's Tuscany and a famous destination for both tourists and weekenders.
