My work process emphasizes close collaboration. I spend time with you upfront to learn and understand what it is you need your website to do for you. Does your tribe or business need to set up an online shop, blog or newsletter?
Content gathering and creation plays a large role; the quality of photography and written content, along with a well-planned user-centric site structure is the very foundation of a well-built site. I follow best practice design principles. Every site I build is fully responsive and adapts beautifully to desktop and mobile screens.
Under the hood, I set up Google analytics so you can track your site’s performance. Basic search engine optimization (SEO) is set up for the overall site and each individual page. From there, deeper SEO can be added on.
The deliverable
The deliverable consists of a live website built to your custom specs. You can take the reins and run with it. Upon request, I do a walk-through of the whole site, showing you how the backend content management system (CMS) works.
